Maria Reutskaya

Susanna Romantsova

Responsible for building an inclusive workplace and for integrating all dimensions of diversity into business practices. Has developed the 3-year D&I strategy at IKEA Poland, implemented Paternal Leave IKEA, “FiftyFifty”, age diversity initiatives as well as supported the Gender Equal Pay movement, and introduced the inclusive leadership approach in management within the organization. 

A graduate of SWPS University, she completed her MA studies in clinical psychology with the Psychology of Diversity specialization at Harvard University. 

For the past ten years, Susanna has been also cooperating with non-governmental organizations in the field of human rights and international cooperation.

Joana Pais Afonso

Rob Lewis

Some say you need make-up to make it at L’Oréal. I’d say I’m the complete antithesis of this.

Having worked in a number of companies (with some pretty cool brands!), I’ve ended up with some invaluable experience across global, regional and local roles:

– Recruiting senior staff to eat Coco Pops all day? Check.
– Travelling the world filming Cadbury culture videos? Check.
– Developing a localised EVP, all while having fantastically moisturised skin? Check.

From employer brand marketing, through end-to-end recruitment, and all the while still managing to be data-drvien in decision-making, I’ve had some pretty awesome experiences. Let’s be honest, if it’s cool, creative marketing or even cutting edge TA-technology then I’m up for a chat.
